The economic recession has caused many Boomers to worry about how they can replace their retirement income. I attended one of the Boomertirement Road Shows earlier this year in hopes of finding a solution to the problem, and I found that it was extremely helpful.
The Road Show really opened my eyes to new ways of doing business. I saw that it’s not really about accumulation planning anymore, it’s about income planning. The event shed a light on many different angles to creating income. It became clear that I need to use different types of products and strategies to help rescue my clients’ retirement income.
I found creative ways to restructure the money people have left to help them make up ground, keep it from depreciating any further, and still have room for it to grow back. The Boomertirement resources allowed me to sit down with my clients and say, “I know what your problem is and I have a solution.”
The Boomertirement Road Show gave me many ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise, and by applying these ideas in my own business, I was able to achieve Court of the Table within the first four months of the year.
