When you consider seven in 10 Americans couldn’t make it one month without a paycheck before financial difficulties set in, it’s surprising to learn 82 percent of Americans say they’ve never been contacted about purchasing disability insurance, according to a recent survey the LIFE Foundation conducted. As leaders in this industry, addressing this problem is our responsibility.
